Magic Lapland is a member of the Swedish Ecotourism Association. We ask all our customers to respect the principles of the ecotourism.
Payment: pre payment of 50% at the booking by international bank transfer.The remaining 50 % must be available not later than 40 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation: latest 40 days before arrival date = reimbursement of prepaid amount minus 15%.Only written cancellations will be accepted (email or letter).Past the delay of 40 days = no reimbursement.
Travel and health insurances are compulsory.
International and domestic flights are not included in our prices as well as the transfers from/to the airport.
Magic Lapland cannot be hold responsible for cancellations/changes or whatsoever modifications in the programs due to extreme, sudden or severe weather changes/conditions.
